Dear Clicks Customer Care,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Clicks Town Centre branch on Sunday, 26 October 2025.

This is the second time I have visited the store on a Sunday only to find it closed without any clear communication from the staff regarding the opening time. Customers were left waiting outside with no proper information provided.

At one point, a tall staff member exited the store, not greeting the customers to buy food and mentioned that the pharmacist was on the way and that the store would open once he will arrived.However, as more staff members continued to come out of the store, it became clear that the pharmacist was either not nearby or possibly not coming in at all.

The most respectful and professional approach would have been to inform customers of the situation and provide an estimated opening time. This would allow customers to decide whether to wait or leave, instead of being left uncertain.

The overall experience was very poor, and the store manager was nowhere to be found to address the issue or assist customers.

I hope this matter is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure better communication and customer service in the future.
