Click Summerfields is the pits

Clicks Summerfield's is the absolute worst ever branch for service. And it's not just a once off. The staff are very friendly when there is someone to help you. The pharmacy is the pits. There are 5 tills at the pharmacy yet at any given time, only two people are helping the queue. One on prescriptions and one on self medication. If either one is very busy, you just have to wait your turn as there is a ticket system which sorts the self medication and prescription and collection customers. So if you are waiting for self medication and the staff member is very busy with one customer, you just have to wait and wait and wait as there is only one person working behind the counter for self medication. The customers for prescription and collection will all be helped even though you were there long before them. The queues don't seem to bother the staff behind the counter and no amount of people in the queue will get them to put more people on the counter. Today I had to stand in this queue for something I needed in the aisle as there was nobody to help me. I was in the queue for 15 minutes (self medication) and only one person in front of me who was already being served for the full 15 minutes I was in the queue. I am not sure how long he was there before I joined the queue. There is just the total lack of interest from the staff on how busy they are which is very disrespectful to your customers and absolutely annoying.
