Click spray that caused medical expenses which was recommended by Pharmacist

this is the 2nd complaint about the same thing and no one has come back to me in any form ,I bought a spray at clicks and it gave me piples which where painful a d I reported to them and send every document they requested but till today no one has ever came back to me for reimbur*****t . I spoke to their Gary in head office I still have emails I sent and their responses with pictures. I need help
