Click's Promises and Lies!

Two weeks ago I went to Clicks store to buy my Natura Rescue Tablets, but then opted to buy the Click brand Rescue Tablets.<br> <br> I then had two tablets thinking there would not be a difference in the product as it is both Rescue Remedy. I am not satisfied at all with the product as it is nothing like the Natura one, it does not desolve in your mouth and the pamphlet says safety for pregnancy is not yet established, as I am 25 weeks pregnant I can't even use this product.<br> Last week Friday I went to the Vredenburg Clicks in the West Coast Mall (I spoke to Meldine Abrahams and Zelda Steenkamp and also spoke to your Customer service agent Zhahnaaz Albertyn) and they did not want to exchange this product for my Natura one as it was already open, now I ask you why do you have a Clicks Promise if you do not keep to it(Click Promise - If you are not entirely satisfied with this product please return it for a FULL refund as per our refund/exchange policy)?????? They say I can return it as I opened the product but how would you know if you are satisfied with a product if you did not try/open it???<br> <br> I emailed them on Friday and it has almost been a week and this issue is not yet resolved!<br>
