Click Pharmacy Cape gate

Clicks Pharmaccy at the Cape Gate Centre has had my prescription for 4 months. From the start I have asked that I be sent a collection SMS when my tablets is ready to be collected, to no avail. Every single month I've been apologised to for not being sent an SMS and told the system once again been updated. This morning I had to wait for 40 minutes to have my prescription filled. It is a very busy pharmacy with very few counters open. Very bad service and long, long lines
