Click Online 😭😭😭

I had an appalling experience with clicks on line store. I made a purchase on their website on the 15th March 2025. I then selected the click to collect option and selected the nearest store to me. It’s has been month now and I sent messages via their chat, called their call centre and email and each time I’m promised someone will contact me. I called the call centre again today and I was promised a resolution by close of business. I even went to the store I selected for collection to check my purchase and they have not received anything. I have waited for weeks and have been patient in my communication and follow up. No one seems to care about my concern and each time I call I’m promised a call back or email in have never had response. It is really a pity because I enjoy shopping online. It is very convenient and mostly effective. I have never in my eyes of shopping online experienced this. I would have appreciated feedback regarding my query at the least.
