Click Olivedale - Poor Service

Queues are often long and slow at Clicks Olivedale. On a recent visit, after being released from hospital with a script, I desperately needed pain meds. I was waiting in the prescription queue for service and people were being served from the self-service queue only. I asked the management why there is no priority given to the prescription queue or why there was no movement on it at all, after waiting for about 20 minutes and seeing nothing happening. I was then informed that people are being helped in sequential order and that the queues made no difference to the system. So, someone who went to see a doctor, with a prescription, must wait for someone who is using self-service. This doesn’t make sense. Why are there different queues to begin with in the first place? What if I have a prepacked collection? Surely there should be at least one pharmacist assisting each queue. Being served sequentially per queue seems fair, but this is not happening, and I wasn’t the only client who was upset about it. There were about 20 people in the queue during peak hour and only about 3 pharmacists assisting, and everyone was serving the self-service queue first. I find this unacceptable and intolerable.
