When you receive the sms you just go to a certain counter and ring a bell and your medication will be given to you. I was ringing the bell like an idiot today and no one came to help me or at least explain anything. I was waiting and ringing, humiliating myself in front of the other customers. Don't offer a service to customers but then you don't do what you promised. Stop taking us for fools. Lousy service and lousy pharmacy. Over and above the service is usually very slow.
