Click Maponya mall is useless

The people there are so rude, I called them now an an agent hang up on me. I'm isolating and need medication, sent a friend of mine to go buy me some meds. I can't go out so the doctor sent me a prescription. They requested for the prescription to be sent to them via email and my friend did that, now they telling him to go print it coz the is something wrong with their pinter, his supposed to be at work and now his running around looking for an internet Cafe coz of clicks. I'm so angry ryt now. Why can't they use what they have in their computer. So if he can't find a printer in the mall, I wont get my medication. Their call center is useless. I should be focusing on getting better but no Clicks just had to be a center of attention.
