CLICK MANAGER AT ILANGA MALL NELSPRUIT IS RUDE & ******

I phoned Click at Ilanga Mall Nelspruit earlier today. After a few calls they still did not answer. I proceeded to phone the Head Office who then put my call through to another number they have for Clicks at Ilanga (which is not listed). I was greeted by Wiseman who advised that he is the Manager of Clicks Ilanga Mall. I advised him that they did not answer their phone so I called HQ for asistance who referred me back to them. He then proceeded to yell at me because if I do not know what is going on, I can not just make assumptions. He advised that due to renovations they have NO telephone lines : Strange, how did we then speak to each other? I continued to ask him for assistance. He wanted to know if I used a clubcard with my purchase. I advised him that my child bought the item and did not use a clubcard. He then proceeded to yell at me because I was making it difficult as I did not use a clubcard with my purchase. Wiseman is EXTREMELY rude. I then phoned the HQ who adivsed me that I HAVE TO DEAL WITH WISEMAN as they can not assist me. I then requested to speak to the Team Leader. This is absolutely disgusting. Why, because I am a white lady, is it in order to yell at me for not using a clubcard with my purchase and yell at me as I do not know anything.... How is it acceptable that the HQ then tells you that you HAVE TO deal with Wiseman? How is this correct? What about MY HUMAN RIGHTS? I am white but that does not mean I have no right to be treated like a human being. This is absolutely unacceptable!
