CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE IS POINTLESS !

Click & Collect : I thought this option is made for convivence placed an order on the app choose the click and collect option ,paid and received an email confirming the order. Clicked on the store I would like to collect ,arrived at the store and I was told the order takes 3-5 days opted to cancel and purchase in store and was advised to call *** ,called them and I am told I can only cancel once the order arrives and I will be refunded then !This is ridiculous
