Click click and collect ****

Ordered a product online to click and collect, next day my order is cancelled due to no stock. I drove to the store and there was plenty stock. My issue is that I paid much more for the same product than what the online order would have cost me. This is very unfair and in my eyes it's similar to *****. Not to mention very bad customer service.
