Clicks Central Square Pinelands Worst pharmacy ever. if they don't give you the wrong medication then they don't have it in stock. If it is not in stock then you have to pay either via your medical aid or cash and like today they will not dispense the medication because their computers are down. The fool that addressed me says that the cameras don't work so they dont have security. This means that they treat all their customers like we are *******. He also suggested that I go to another branch but he does not know if they will assist. Tried to call their head office to speak to someone - guess what: after getting cut off twice I was told that there is no senior person OR their PA/Secretary to take a call. They will call the next day. All this before 5 pm on a normal working day. The best part of all of this is that the medication that i paid for and could not get is for a heart condition. To the Clicks management - get some lessons in customer care from a small private pharmacy in Durban North called Amstrong Pharmacy. I needed some emergency medication - and they assisted even though I have never dealt with them before. This is what service is about. Not some junior person that thinks that he is Gods Answer to customers that pay for a service and keep him employed Another example within the Clicks Pharmacy chain is Clicks in Featherbrooke Mall in Ruimsig Johannesburg.
