Click and collect. What a joke. Order placed and paid for in December. According to their on line system the courier had the parcel on 29th December. Today, 12Jan, still no response from customer service. My local branch, who should receive my parcel cannot help without a delivery reference number. They cannot use the order number to find my goods. Bermuda triangle it seems.
