Click and Collect takes longer than international shipping!

This is the worst service I've ever gotten. I normally buy online, and decided to order my vitamins from Clicks this month only to get to the store and it says it takes 1-3 workings? Ordered on 29th. When at Dischem site, they advise me which stores does not stock my item so i can choose another and just pick it up the next day. Honestly thought let me try Clicks, I'm going to be saving 30 bucks. Worst mistake ever. Its probably such a mission to cancel this as well. Called their call centre and they tell me it takes 1-3 days. You might as well just say 3 days. I've sent a complaint email two days ago. I'm still waiting for a response. Not even a phone call. First and the last time, I will use Clicks, click and collect.
