Click and collect sucks

Clicks 's click and collect is the worst. Placed my order on the 17.02.2021 and no update has been made since the 18.02.2021, it is now the 22.02.2021 and guess what? No ùpdate still. Today I had to go and buy the baby formular because clearly by the time I recieve the order my baby will have nothing. Why cant orders be packed in the nearest store?? Hai shame I will never again use your click and collect.
