Click and collect Ref OF*******

The click and collect service is absolute *******, I have been waiting for almost a week for the simplest items from them. Firstly they don't explain that the items don't come from the store like any normal click and collect which you collect the same day in less than an hour. I bought baby food for goodness sake not a car, how can I wait for so long for as if I ordered from China, really this is nonsense. How much longer should I have to wait for???
