Click and collect pathetic service

made an online order for collection at a Clicks store. After a few days (on a Thursday) I got an sms and email saying my order was now in store and ready for collection. On the Saturday i went to collect but was told my parcel had not yet been delivered and should try on monday. I went back on Wednesday still no parcel and Thursday again nothing. But i keep getting smss reminding me to collect yet there is nothing to collect. Why offer services when you cant deliver? I have sent emails trying to find out what is happening but no response. So frustrating and disappointing as now i have to look for money to buy the same things again as i desperately need to use them. But definitely not going back to Clicks.
