Click and collect is useless

Clicks Fleurdal Mall. First off the Click Fleurdal Mall, I made a click and collect sale online and went to the boxes and my OTP did not work. I waited 15 minutes for some to helo me when i pressed the assist button. They instructed me to go to front desk. They had to phone around, could not find the correct stuff. Then secondly I made a sale and waited 5 days for a product that is at clicks already and bought it. This click and collect is useless service.
