Click and collect is a joke.

I placed an order for click and collect on the 4th, today is the 13th, so 6 working days have gone by, and the order is still processing. I sent an email, but got no reply, so I sent a DM on Facebook, still no feedback. I placed an order with another online shop on the 5th, and it was delivered on Saturday, all the way from CAPE TOWN! when I order from Dischem I can collect the very next day, so why is Clicks so utterly pathetic with online orders? In December I waited just as long, but I assumed it's because it's festive season. It seems the season is not the problem, clicks is the problem. Please refund me, or send my parcel today!!
