Please refund my money because Click online you failed me,I placed an order on the 26/11/2021 till this day I haven’t received my parcel,when I went to clicks in Northgate Northriding I was told that they didn’t receive my parcel even though I had an SMS that said my parcel was ready for collection.The manager has been trying to understand and investigate on what happened but unfortunately because I am black the courier company is not taking him serious,so please refund my money back.Now when I check the status of the order it says collected 😩😭by WHO,WHY? no one knows Order no:*** Amount:R273,99 OF******* OTP:32596

All I want now is my money back
