Click and Collect doesn't work - be warned

I ordered an item via "Click and Collect". Delivery was promised in 1 to 3 working days. It is now 4 working days and I have nothing and Clicks has my money. Email complaint not responded to. Phone complaint resulted in me being put on hold for more than 4 minutes by a Clicks staff member. Absolutely useless.
