click and collect

Clicks' click and collect service is so bad. l normally dont write reviews but lm so frustrated l had to write one. l ordered a hairdryer online over 2 weeks ago and it still hasnt been received by the store. Maybe they'll answer my email when l turn 100 and the sometimes they take too long to answer their calls you waste loads of money on airtime.
