Clearly Clicks @ Sandton City don't need business. Worst customer service ever!

<p>I phoned Clicks at Sandton City on the 2nd of Feb 2017, regarding a specific "Buy 2 -get 1 free" special for Lindt Chocolate for R27.95, advertised online. I confirmed the special with Moses over the phone and requested if they have 99 boxes available for me, to be collected on the 6th of Feb, confirming that it is for that specific special. “No yes mam, we have in stock and we will have it ready for you. You will only pay for 66 boxes and get 99.” I even confirmed the price that should then be paid, which is R1844.70, and again confirmed that it is in fact for that specific special.</p> <p>So here i am thinking that all will be good. Then i got to Clicks, even arranged beforehand that i was going to pick the stock up. Got there, and this arrogant lady starts ringing up the boxes confirming that it is R54, or something ridiculous like that, per box. I told her that that is not the special, and requested to speak to Moses. Taking her sweet time to get Moses, eventually he pitches and asks me to wait another 15 minutes or so, so he can speak to management. Then he gets back to me, stating that management has confirmed that that offer only applies if ou order it online!!! How ****** ridiculous is that?!!!! Nowhere did it state anything like that!!!! So 1) apart from the pathetic service, 2) promises made that turned out to be complete lies and 3) them then trying to make customers seem like complete idiots! 4) I then went online and guess what?! I cannot order the quantity required!!!! So here I phone again, got through to an Ishmail, that again told me that he will see if he can’t find stock (because, please take note: NOW SUDDENLY THERE IS NO STOCK!), only to hear later (15 minutes later than he promised to call) that no, they can place the order now but then i have to pay an upfront deposit and then wait for two weeks before the stock will be here!!!! What kind of idiots are we dealing with here?!</p> <p>This is not the first time i have ordered bulk quantities at Clicks Sandton City, but every time I have to beg for some service, sweet-talk the consultant just so that I can get someone who would be willing to stretch their mental ability a bit and just help me! But this has really gone too far and I WILL NEVER EVER recommend Clicks – Sandton City to anyone!!! It’s the most pathetic service! The staff are arrogant, useless and i am sorry – but by the sounds of it, the ridiculous comments I have heard today, also even came from management?! Don’t people have anymore pride in what they do?! Pathetic! Absolutely pathetic!</p> <p>Just one other piece of advice also to Moses. If you don’t understand what a customer is saying, don’t confirm that all is in order! It makes YOU look bad and like a ****! Because seriously, how many times did i have to repeat that, THAT was the specific special i was looking for, the price and the quantity?!</p> <p>Should who ever hear or see this complaint care enough, please feel free to pull the phone conversation made on the 2nd of February and then you can hear for yourself what promises have been made! Should you guys not be able to take such initiative, or feel like you cannot bother to record these phone conversations – because clearly you do not care for customer service enough – then i will be happy to get the call for you, as my company records every phone conversation. I think you are the most useless bunch ever! *****! Arrogant as hell, and clearly you don’t need my company’s or my support. Well believe me, you won't get it EVER again!</p>
