Claiming medication from my medical

I was shocked today to receive an email from my medical aid stating that they are paying Clicks Lonehill on the 4th of March a sum of R118.25. I thought it was a mistake, so I phoned the store and they informed me that it was an automatic release of my monthly prescription. Now, this means that you have taken the liberty of releasing medication and claiming from my medical aid before I have even collected the medication. The pharmacist tells me that it was me who consented to this, as it is a repeat script. I have in the past received an sms saying that my medication is ready for collection, but it was only actioned through my medical aid once I had collected it. This is absolutely shocking! This is actually ***** because although I mostly collect my medication from the Lonehill store, it is actually up to me where I go to collect it. You have no right to do this. I would like this to be investigated and I would like to see proof of the fact that I gave Clicks Lonehill consent to do this. I just don't understand how you can claim before I have even collected the medication.
