Claiming from my medical savings

My patience have run out with the Clicks Pharmacy in Northgate Shopping Mall. I have asked them to stop claiming for my monthly prescription from my medical savings account and I said that I will pay cash for my medication. I said it THREE TIMES. I have since been charged over and over again. Come on Clicks - I want to pay cash, what is so hard to understand about that request?
