Claiming from medical Aid when cash was tendered

on 07.01.2016, I visited Clicks Witteklip Mall in Vredenburg. I was assisted by a gentleman who told me that the medical aid does not cover the eye ointment that i needed. I then told him its ok, i will pay cash as i need the ointment. On thst very day i recieved an sms that the claim has been submitted to medical aid for the amount of R30.05. When I returned to work yesterday, there was an email in my mailbox from medical aid that they will be paying Clicks out on the 14.01.2016. I sent them an email statiing that they shoud not pay Clicks as I had already paid and was advised to claim the money back from Clicks. How can I claim the money back if i am in Cape Town and they are situated in Cape Town.
