Claiming for medicines not dispenced

I have since December 2016 been receiving a "Dispensary Statement" from Clicks for R57.49. Any medicine that we get from Clicks Pharmacy will be claimed from our medical aid and if not passed by the medical aid we will pay any amount due at the paypoint in Clicks before leaving. So when we got this statement from Clicks I immediately queried it with Clicks.

On 20/12/2016 at 13:47 I spoke to a lady at the number provided on the statement and she confirmed that the amount is actually not due as the medication was never dispensed. I indicated that it constitutes ***** if they want me to pay for medication that was not dispensed and she confirmed that the amount would be cleared off the system as it is not due. I requested that someone senior phone me back to explain how this could have happened and she confirmed that a manager by the name of "Elaine" will phone me back. Needless to say, she never did.

Now I am still receiving a statement monthly to indicate that we owe Clicks the R57.49 for medication that was never dispensed!

Please Clicks, it constitutes ***** to try and collect money from people for goods that was not delivered! Also get your call centre staff to do what they have promised! You are a household name in South Africa and this is certainly not what SA Consumenrs expect from you.
