Claim never registered

Recently did a OTC medicine order on the Clicks app. The app didn't have my medical aid info, so I phoned the call center beforehand too make sure they had all my details to claim from the medical aid. I placed my order waiting for the message that my order is ready for pickup. The message never came

Finally went to Clicks Piketberg where my parcel was ready, but for some reason the medical aid did not pay any part of the normal cold/flu medicine, which is very strange. I asked the pharmacist to double check that the claim was correctly processes, he confirmed the medical aid rejected the claim. I paid the odd R350 at the tills

Now later I see on my medical aid claims for, that my medical aid never received the claim. Horrible, terrible and *********** staff from Clicks
