Cicks poor online shopping service, #FalseAdvertising.

Placed an order online on Thursday and paid for Express delivery, which was said to take 24 hours to be delivered (Friday). Been waiting for 48 hours and I’m still told that it will take another 24 hours to be delivered, when asking for refund (express fee) will be forfeited. I enquired about the delay on Monday and I was told they do not know and ****ted the blame to Dawn Wing Couriers. Like How unprofessional is that for such a big company. # Bad service Taking my business else where, where a customer is a priority and you get exactly what is advertised. #False adverti*****t.. ANNOYED!!
