Just wanna let anyone inform about the bad customer service ive experienced at clicks pharmacy lakeside malll been gettin messages for my chronic medication to collect when i got there medicine was never been prepared but they send me messages that its ready for collection after i asked to see a manager where the manager was not available an area manager called me back the following day to appoligise for the inconvenience and that it won’t happen again went there this morning 3 february 2018 whereby my medication was again not prepared after the pharmacist manager kathu dadda said that he will assist me from now on and never assisted me a pharmacist told me that i need to wait soo they can get it prepared after i leave the pharnacy been waiting there half an hour i went to call the are manager where by she was very rude with me on the fone and couldn’t assist me further ive been sending lot of messages and calls weren’t been answered where i call another manager Jeninine botha where she said to me that she need screen shots sooo she can see where is there problem where i had to spend all my airtime calling around for assistance and none of them could helped me jenine said that my script was at dischem pharmacy where i went to collect it there from my bad experience from clicks benoni lake side mall and alll managers abd my script was even delayed from the manager kathu Dadda against they kept me like a fool soo i just wanna take this time to tell everyone what bad customers service i got from clicks and 3 managers will never in my life suggest anyone to go to them off this bad experience and service i got from them its pathectic no customer service at alll
