Chronic Medication run around

I went into clicks two weeks back as i had changed my collection of medication to clicks. when i got to clicks i was sent back to phone my medical aid to send me a copy of the script. i then left and called gems and was in formed by gems that clicks could have called to request the copy. the copy was sent to my email which i then took to the pharmacy where the pharmacist read the script and gave me an email address to forward the script, the email gave me problems because of the availability of network, i then asked the pharmacist to call gems and request the script and i would walk around to try and send it. when i came back to the pharmacist he just told me he cant help me and there was nothing he could do, i asked for their supervisor and was told the phamarcy does not have supervisors. i left and called the medical aid to lodge a comlpaint. when the medical aid contacted clicks the pharmacist told gems he sent me away because he wanted an original script when he never mensioned that.
