Christmas gift ruined

I have never been so disappointed..after waiting patiently for 2 days ..their courier company only delivered half of the order..I called dawn wing countless times but the consultant rudely told me to take up the issues with clicks..that there’s absolutely nothing he can do for me..I was supposed to ship the items to my in-laws as a Christmas gift the following day and because of this mess up clicks and their courier dawn wing have ruined both my Christmas and that of my Inlaw’s .
