Cheated

I have often written great reviews about the staff at Clicks Melkbosstrand. The staff at the dispensary are great and a number of staff at the store are friendly and helpful. I am on first name terms with 90% of the staff. However Clicks has ONE HUGE SHORTFALL that has an effect on the public. Your 3 for 2 SPECIALS are SO OFTEN not registered as such when you proceed to the tills. This happened THREE TIMES IN THREE WEEKS to me recently and at least a DOZEN times in the past 2 years. I conducted a little test recently to see if management corrected this issue. I bought the EXACT SAME 3 items on all 3 occasions and the same thing happened each time. All 3 items were charged for whereas the 1 item was supposed to be FREE. I'm a pensioner and if you care to check my Clubcard status. You will notice I have been a LOYAL Clubcard member for 25 YEARS. The same year the Clubcard was introduced. On each occasion I was ****** of R15.00, a total of R45.00. Now if I STOLE an item costing R45.00 and you caught me, I would be arrested for shoplifting. How do I go about laying charges of theft against Clicks??? If Clicks did this to 1000 customers, that would be R45 000.00. Every transaction is recorded on my card purchases. I have PROOF that this little trick of Clicks is costing people money and your 3for2 advertising is FALSE. In these trying times, EVERY CENT HELPS this is why I am posting this. After 25 years of loyalty, I expect MORE from Clicks. Please folks, CHECK YOUR TILL SLIP BEFORE LEAVING ANY CLICKS STORE.
