chasing customers away

<p>I've been a regular customer at Clicks La Lucia mall for years but lately the customer service has been so disappointing. I've personally experienced and witnessed the staff being rude and ridiculing the customers.</p> <p>I visiting the the La Lucia mall store this evening and the staff was ridiculing the customers as a way of chasing us out of the store before 5 o'clock. As a person who works as an office, i can only visit the store in the evening and it is unacceptable to chased out before the store closing time. It is very unprofessional and the store needs to train to staff to have basic manners and etiquette.</p> <p>maybe its time i stop shopping at Clicks.</p>
