Charged me twice and refused to help!

I went to purchase goods yesterday and the computer doing my transaction froze. They then had me return to the store to pay again. I was told within twenty minutes the previous transaction which was prossed on my card would be revesed. I am still waiting and when I called they were less than caring and understanding. I am rather cross that I have to go back to the store a third time because of their mess!
