Chaotic Clicks script management needs revamping

I have been using Clicks for many years to load my scripts for prescription medications, but have a lot of problems with duplicate and blocked profiles. Other branchs can't access the script loaded at Rosmead branch, so my medication is blocked. Today after 1.5 hours waiting in the queues at Clicks Kenilworth I managed to get 1 item from the Script loaded on 15th March for 5 repeats. This is not the first time this has occurred. The Kenilworth pharmacy says that other Clicks customers have similar complaints, which Pinelands branch also confirms. It is obvious that the Clicks prescription management is not working properly and needs to be seriously repaired and upgraded. If not I will take my scripts to other pharmacy companies like Dischem
