Ceres Clicks ALWAYS offline

Second day that Clicks Ceres is offline, the people working at clicks arrives late for work 08:05. The pharmacy cant assist you because they are offline, and they don’t have the scripts for you to take to another pharmacy. The scripts is put in a box and stored away. Any other pharmacy normally has a script printed out filed in a file. What if this is a situation of life and death?? And this is not the first time Ceres Clicks is “offline”.
