Cellphone theft in store, but their camera broken!

Good day, I visit the Clicks store in Promenade mall on Friday 19th Feb 2016. However, I paid for my goods at the cashier. I then went to Pick n Pay which are right across from them and immediately realised I left my phone at Clicks on counter. When I went back(which was minutes after) the phone was gone (Blackberry Z10). The security wasn't very eager to assist, so I asked the cashier if she hadn't't seen my phone, she rep**** no. One of the other staff members called to the number but got no answer. I then asked her to check on their store camera, and said that the store camera were broken!!! How can such a big chain stores camera be broken??? I couldn't't even see any footage of the person who took my phone from the counter?. Upset customer. N
