CBD oil swapped

To cut a long story short. I purchased CBD oil and so did a colleague. We purchased it from Clicks Tygervalley. The exact same product was fetched from "the office" we were told ots not kept on the shelf because it's being ******. I then used mine and it is tasteless, my colleagues CBD has a bitter taste. So which one is correct? has the liquid been swapped out? and what has it been replaced with? I'm am to angry to return to you store at this stage but I thought I'd let people know what's happening!
