Cashier's till machines
Clicks Store at Montana Crossing, City of Tshwane, Gauteng Province.
The operating system used to for customers to pay for products including medicine which we pay cash/card is BULL****!!!!
The machines are like those when Bill Gates started Microsoft. It is even worse cause when the system crashes, it takes too long to operate again so that products bought can be processed for payment. The computers are like those before the year 2000, colourless screen that only have black and white features ONLY.
Other Click's stores have touch screen machines to process payments and it is quick service.
Sad part is the franchise owners don't seem to be bothered with updating their systems even though we complain.
The assets management seal tag goes back as far as the year 2007 and I have been visiting store as back as 2013.
Please assist that store to adapt with innovative technology. Even the Clicks store in Giyani, Limpopo Province, which opens in December 2017 has touchscreens machines to process payments ! Giyani isn't an Metropolitan city like where Montana crossing is situated.
Please clean up the stores there
SIES!!!
