Cashier very slow and confused

I really like Clicks and to shop there, I always receive points and free gifts that is really amazing. Although this morning I went to clicks alberton city and I think there was a new cashier Sihle. I was delayed for a long time. I wanted to pay cash and part of the amount I wanted to swipe. She was really confused and taking her time. Then called for help. Then she didnt know what amount of change to give me. Then I told her how much. All items was voided. And she started again. Then she took cash for the amount I wanted to pay with my card and she took the R200 for cash. Then she needed help again. After a long time (I needed to get back to work) I was done. Then when I get to security check there was the beeping sound so the security had to check all items to see which item was causing the beeping sound.
