<p>I went to Clicks today. When I got to the checkpoint, your staff member Failed to greet me or my mother. She scanned the goods and a few seconds into the transaction I asked her if she didn't require my Clicks card. She ignored me and continued until I asked her a third time why was she ignoring me. She then said she didn't hear me. Fair enough. But why didn't she greet me. She responded she was "looking at another customer !!" Which customer ?? I was the one in front of her. I told her please treat me with some respect as she would expect to be treated if she were a customer. Greet me before you start scanning. She became quite arrogant and started talking to me like I was 2 years ...very loudly stating Ma'am......I ......was......looking.......at .....another customer. Like mincing her words like I didn't understand the spoken word. But my argument is when I get to the till I require an acknowledgment in the form of a Hello. Do u have a clicks card. I should be forcing my card or asking for a Hello. Clicka Richards Bay please wake up. We can go elsewhere to your competition. Besides that other Clicks stores are taught to say Hello do you have Clicks card and not wait for the Customer to beg and ask three times whether it is require. This lady is always unfriendly. She needs to be given a stern warning. Not my first time she ignore s me. I am a regular there. She must be made aware that being an old member of staff at Clicks, she should know better. I am deeply offended. Will provide her name upon request.</p>
