Cashback Nightmare

I received cash back from Clicks on 24/01/2020 and decided i will use it on 31/01/2020 when i get paid so i will have enough to shop online for their pay day deals. On the 31/01/2020 i am surprise to see i no longer have any cash back left to use in my rewards card. Iassume it is an error in the system since it is month end so i keep checkingto see if it gets corrected so i can shop inline, on Februiary 5th 2020 i decided to email Clicks with myquery and to my surprise i recieve feedbakc on Februry 7th to say my cash back was used is 2 store on 29/01/ 20 20 and 30/01/2020 -now i am very upset because these locations my cash back was used is are areas i do not go to when shopping a si have a Clicks 5 mintues away from me why would i travel to use my cash back nd i wanted to shop online because i have an infant i can not be outdoors shopping with her in hand. I want my cahs back paid back to me I am not sure who used it but do your investigation and ensure that my cash back is back in my card. If it means checking the cameras at theses stores on the said dates than please do that by all means...it is a lot of cashback to overlook - i have a very little baby that i can use that cash back on and besides it is my hard earned money i used to get that cashback so I really want it back, please do whatever you can to fix this ********** activity that has occurred.
