Cashback Issues

<p>On the 24th of May i received a sms from Clicks to say that i have received cash back points to the value of R 41.50. Please note that i stay in Brackenfell, and i work in Stellenbosch. On the 25th of May i went to Clicks in Stellenbosch and i wanted to use my cashback points. As soon as i got to the pay point, the lady informed me that i only have R 8.00 on my card. I told her that i received a sms stating that R 41.50 was loaded onto the card, and that i haven't used any of the cashback points, so i couldnt understand how there was only R 8.00 on the card now. They then told me that they were going to phone Clicks and try to find out what is going on. Clicks phoned me and said that i used the cashback points in Somertset West and Swellendam at a previous stage. I told them that i haven't ever been to a clicks in Swellendam and i haven't been to Clicks in Somerset in more than a year now. They wanted to know if there is a possibillity that a family member could have used my card and i told them no, as i don't lend my cards out. The previous time when cashback points was loaded to my card i also received a sms stating that R35.10 was loaded onto my card, and also when i wanted to use it, they said that it has already been used. also, i didn't use it myself and i dont understand how it can just dissapear or get used by someone else. Eventually they told me that I need to get a new card and start from scratch. I feel very unfappy about this as i am a loyal customer to Clicks and i feel that they don't meet me halfway - i dont understand how they can just tell me to get a new card and start from scratch when the points that i have had and didnt use, will now fall away.</p>
