Cash Back Rewards Disappered on Card

I had about zar 120 on my card ash cash back rewards and i am confident that i did not use this money an to my surprise when i went into the store and i was told that the balance is r00 i then requested a statement and i was told hey can provide me with one . am very disappointed how can the money just dissaaper and not be accounted for?
