Cash back rewards

I am appalled at clicks cashback rewards. Over R250 was loaded onto my card but i have been into several clicks stores and it is still not reflecting. A nice young lady in Clicks the Crescent (Umhlanga) assisted me by phoning head office where they told me that there was an error when loading and they are in the process of sorting it out. They said it would be loaded in 7 days. It is now been around 10 days and when I went into watercrest mall clicks my balance was still saying 0.00 when I have not spent any of my rewards at all!!! And no one can give me a damn answer! I have been a loyal clicks customer for years and this debacle is slowly pushing me out your stores! If this is not rectified urgently I will take this further!
