Cash back reward query

The clicks cash back reward program is a ****. They dont upload the actual points one accumulates, rather they assign random figures for points and RIP customers off.

I bought good in November that earned a bonus of 543 points which never showed on my rewards profile. I have even sent them the receipt of one such transaction but they haven't responded

Imagine how many people they do this to who never check or follow up.
