Caring and excellent Nicolette at Clicks Stellenbosch Square

This happened at the Clicks in Stellenbosch Square this week:

I had a serious problem with a script that had not been loaded properly (a similar thing happened to me at this pharmacy in 2019), but the pharmacist, Nicolette, was so kind and caring that she managed to sort out a very difficult situation very quickly and efficiently. She gave me her email address at Clicks and reacted almost immediately, while working with other clients as well (according to the other Clicks staff member I spoke to, when I called her there).

She called me later that day as well, which is almost unheard of - a company staff member making good on their word to call back. And said I must let her know if there is any problem,

Nicolette should be the image of Clicks. Well done!!
