Careline should be Dont Careline

My complaint at Clicks care line has not been handled efficiently or professionally. Initially they get the store to contact me though I had the problem with the store. Zubeer the team leader at the care line, I gave all info to him, he said the area manager will contact me but it been more than a month and area manger contacted. Zubeer contacted me last week but is going in circles not resolving my poor experience I receive from that store. I requested from Zubeer the national customer service mgr to contact me as yet and no call received. Seems Clicks do not care about customer service.
